Since 1996 our scientifically qualified staff have been helping New Zealand and Australian businesses understand and comply with up-to-the minute technical issues. In 2013, the company changed its name slightly to show its drive to be the go-to company for international companies seeking to get their products into the New Zealand market. TCC Ltd became TCC (NZ) Ltd and has continued to help its clients from USA, UK, Australia, China, and home to understand and implement HSNO for their products. Since the Health and Safety reform in 2015, TCC (NZ) Ltd has stepped up to help provide its clients with systems and training that will ensure that their workers can work safely and go home healthy.

The Team

Geoffrey Meikle

Geoffrey Meikle is Managing Director of TCC (NZ) Ltd.  He is a WorkSafe NZ Compliance Certifier (previously an EPA Test Certifier), a qualified chemist (BSc, PG DipSci) with a special interest in food science and technology, a member of Hazardous Substances Professionals New Zealand (HSPNZ), and is a Director of EmployNZ. His knowledge in these areas supports his role in the area of regulatory compliance. Geoff also has a background in law, computer science and IT management which compliments his role as a regulatory compliance consultant.





Karl Smith

Our Senior consultant Karl Smith has over 30 years experience in the chemical industry and has worked as a laboratory analyst in environmental consultancies, geotechnical, engineering, production and independent consultancies. He is a former Quality Systems Manager and Laboratory Manager/Director.  He has a Masters Degree in Instrumental Chemical Analysis, Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry, Chartered Chemist, Listed ACVM Data Assessor and is a WorkSafe NZ Compliance Certifier (previously an EPA Test Certifier).




Yvette Baker

Yvette is our office manager, she is responsible for the smooth running of our training courses and general office administration. She comes from an engineering background and has over 25 years experience as a company administrator and office manager.
